Shattered glasses

I ordered 25 units of Double Wall Glass Cup a couple of days ago it arrived today. 10 out of the 25 glass cans are shattered but 15 are usable. I tried to call the number on the website and is incorrect, the person who answered the phone mentioned that he received a few calls to the number on the website.

Exactly as described, just disappointing that the website advertises free postage but extra charge for “remote” areas. Major regional towns like Shepparton, Bendigo, eta are not classed as remote. Very misleading fine print
